President and co-founder of Solution Groupe DC inc. since its inception, Pierre-Luc Defoy plays a key role in the company's strategic direction and leadership. He is responsible for the rigorous application of the company's mission and vision, ensuring that all operations are aligned with these objectives.

With a degree in carpentry and a license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (R.B.Q.), Mr. Defoy also oversees the estimating department. His technical expertise and in-depth understanding
of the industry ensure accurate, fair assessments and solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

Secretary and co-founder of Solution Groupe DC inc. since its inception, Christian
Chapdelaine holds the position of Construction Division Manager and Estimator. In this role, he oversees all worksite operations, manages renovation and construction personnel, and handles relations with claims adjusters.

With a diploma in carpentry and a license from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec
(R.B.Q.) license, Mr. Chapdelaine has over fifteen years' experience in the construction industry. His in-depth expertise and proven leadership have contributed to the company's ongoing success since its foundation.

Director of Solution Groupe DC inc. since 2013, Ludovic Gorup is responsible for managing operations in line with the strategic orientations established by the members of the Board of Directors. He also oversees relations with insurers and is responsible for the marketing department.

 

 

Mr. Gorup holds a college diploma in mechanical engineering and a certificate in business management from the École des hautes études commerciales de Montréal (H.E.C.). With over fifteen years' experience in management and sales, he brings valuable expertise to the company, making a significant contribution to its growth and success.
